Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.;
Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials, processing authorized visitors and contractors, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating access concerns to site contacts.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, facility areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.;
Complete accurate reports and shift documentation, including visitor activity, incidents, patrol observations, and access control exceptions.
