Experienced Electrical Apprentices

We are looking for positive, energetic Experienced Electrical Apprentices with a wide variety of abilities to complement our experienced workforce.

Applicants should have the ability to:

• Assist Journeyman and Craftsmen in the installation of rigid, aluminum, plasti-bond, and PVC conduit
• Use or willing to learn to use mechanical, electric, and hydraulic conduit benders
• Fabricate and install conduit supports
• Assist in the installation of cable tray and tube tray
• Install wire and cable by hand and by machine in cable tray and in conduit
• Assist in the installation of air pipe and instrument tubing; to utilize a variety of electric and hydraulic hand tools and pneumatic tools
• Have knowledge of applicable safety rules
• Follow specific directions and work within the standards of accuracy
• Maintain proper housekeeping, able to carry out work requirements of demolition, handling trash, and assisting in maintenance and construction
• Willing to perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Valid TDLR Electrical Apprentice License: go to TDLR website for more information
• Minimum of 1 year electrical apprentice experience
• Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment DISA drug/alcohol test and applicable background checks.
