As an Emergency Services Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our team. Key responsibilities include responding to medical, fire, and hazmat emergencies. This role also provides site security, participates in safety training, drills, performs equipment inspections, and is expected to participate in site safety initiatives. We are looking for technically capable individuals who embrace change, adapt quickly, demonstrate sound decision-making, and possess strong leadership skills.

** Responsibilities*
* + Perform all work activities in a safe team environment and follow operating discipline, procedures and practices to ensure a safe and efficient operation of assigned duties related to the function.

+ Respond to Site Emergency incidents / events. Medical, Fire, Hazmat, Security and Confined Space Rescue

+ Physical ability to lift hoses, climb ladders, multiple flights of stairs, bolt flanges, operate valves, fire pumps and other emergency equipment / vehicles as part of the job.

+ Utilize troubleshooting skills to resolve deviations and problems and accurately complete all required paperwork.

+ Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve all process issues.

** Required Qualifications*
* + A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.

+ Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS) or National Registry Paramedic certification.

+ Ability to work in inclement weather.

+ Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift, overtime, holidays, and weekends.

+ Must have a current, valid US driver's license.
