What To Expect

This cleaning position works Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
. Some flexibility is needed for an occasional evening or weekend shift.

As an entry-level Floor Technician, you safely use a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicals to make our facility's floors shine! Completing general and heavy cleaning tasks, you thoroughly sanitize every inch to help maintain a clean and hygienic environment for our residents and staff.

Requirements

• Ability to safely operate a variety of floor cleaning equipment and machinery
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, lifting heavy equipment, and carrying up to 30 pounds
• Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a reliable personal vehicle
• English communication skills and ability to coordinate with other departments
• Ability to work independently

1+ years of relevant experience would be preferred but isn't required for this entry-level role. A high school degree or equivalent would also be preferred.
