Registered Nurse - IMCU - Night Shift

Role

The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care in a clinical setting.

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices.
• Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations.
• Partner effectively with patients and families through communication methods like bedside reports and education.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care, promoting teamwork and respectful clinical environments.
• Support performance improvement, research activities, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Contribute to protocol development and resource management for optimal patient outcomes.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program;
  Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current licensure as an RN with required certifications (e.g., ACLS, BLS).
• Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments, utilizing technology efficiently.
