FHI in Massachusetts is seeking a Crane Resolution Operator to monitor crane operations and resolve pallet location errors within our automated storage system. This full-time role is on the 2nd shift (2PM-10:30 PM) with weekly days Fri, Sat, Mon, Wed, Thu.
You will work with crane mechanics and maintenance teams, review error alerts in EMS, and reset cranes to restore operation. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not required, and training is provided.
