Position: Executive & Personal Assistant to CEO – Global Travel & Calendar
A Swiss health-tech startup is seeking an experienced Executive and Personal Assistant to support its CEO. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in similar roles, strong organizational skills, and expertise in managing complex travel logistics. Responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar, handling travel arrangements, and providing personal and household support. Exceptional interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
