Salary $70,000 - $85,000 per year

We are a global clean energy and advanced manufacturing organization focused on electric vehicle and energy storage technologies. Finance plays a critical role in supporting growth, cash flow discipline, and operational execution in a fast paced, mission driven environment.

• Ownership of the full accounts receivable cycle in a growing manufacturing organization
• Direct impact on cash flow, collections, and working capital visibility
• Exposure to month end close, audits, and cross functional finance operations
• Opportunity to improve AR processes and reporting as the business scales
• Stable accounting role with long term growth potential tied to company expansion

• Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on schedule
• Monitor incoming payments and actively follow up on past due accounts
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing or payment discrepancies
• Apply and post incoming payments to the general ledger
• Maintain detailed and accurate AR records and documentation
• Support month end and year end close activities related to accounts receivable
• Prepare aging reports and collection status summaries
• Partner with internal teams to resolve billing or customer payment issues
• Provide documentation and reporting support for internal and external audits
• Identify and recommend process improvements within the AR function

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of two years of hands on accounts receivable experience
• Strong understanding of AR processes and revenue accounting fundamentals
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as SAP or Quick Books
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Clear communication and effective problem solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast paced environment
