We are looking for an experienced Staff Accountant to join our client in the manufacturing industry. This position will perform the day-to-day corporate accounting operations for the company. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $28 to $33 per hour.
Working days = Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
Job Description:
- Account coding and posting transactions into the general ledger system
- Applying cash receipt
- AR collection and AP proposal
- Researching and correcting account discrepancies and interfacing with various departments
- Perform account reconciliations and assist for month-end, quarter-end and annual closing of the books
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of monthly internal reports and data needed by various departments.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
