• Hands on ownership of accounts payable within a fast growing global manufacturing environment
• Direct exposure to month end close, audits, and process improvement initiatives

• Process and validate vendor invoices for accuracy, approvals, and supporting documentation
• Manage payment schedules and execute timely vendor payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  
  Support month end and year end close activities related to accounts payable
• Maintain accurate records within the AP system to support financial reporting
• Respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding invoices and payments
• Provide documentation and reporting support for internal and external audits
• Assist with AP process improvements and efficiency initiatives
• Support tax related documentation and compliance requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of two years of hands on accounts payable experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP workflows
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as SAP or Quick Books
• Advanced attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
