Property Accountant
Ledgent Finance & Accounting’s client is currently seeking a Property Accountant for a four-month contract position in California. This role is essential in maintaining the financial integrity and accuracy of property accounts, and it offers a rewarding opportunity to work with a leading team in the real estate sector.
Responsibilities:- Handling reconciliation of balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Performing account clean‑up to resolve any discrepancies and maintain financial order.
- Utilizing Yardi software for property accounting tasks and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Yardi software is a must for managing property accounts and financial records.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in property accounting or a similar field is preferred.
Standard business hours, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.
Compensation:The pay range for this position is $33 - $45 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
