Staff Accountant

LHH Recruitment is working with one of our clients in the looking to fill a Staff Accountant job for the corporate office located in Fremont, CA. This is 100% in‑office. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of experience as an Accountant. The job will assist with the month‑end close, handle month‑end adjustments, bank reconciliations, journal entries, credit card reconciliations, accounts payable, audit preparation, and assist with other projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Solid knowledge of accounting knowing your debits and credits
• Strong with reconciliations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excelable to do pivot table and vlookups
• Software experience with a medium to large ERP is preferred. Net Suite experience is a big plus
• Able to work independently, reliable, and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail, quick to learn, and a problem‑solver
• Strong communications (written & verbal)

Experience:

3 years of experience as a Staff Accountant (Staff Accountant, Accountant, Full Charge Bookkeeper).

Employment Type:

Temp to Hire.

Pay Details: $34.00 to $39.00 per hour.
