B. Miller Medical Center - - Responsibilities:
Contact patients and third party payers to collect payments and resolve outstanding account balances;
Oversee and manage outstanding accounts receivable assigned to the Collector to maximize cash collections;
Work with collection agencies to organize the placement and recovery of bad debts;
Ensure cash collections are maximized and accounts receivable targets are maintained;
Gather and communicate critical information to meet payer requirements and minimize denials
