Accounts Receivables Clerk

Location: Fremont, CA Department: Accounts Receivable

Construction company seeking a highly motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join growing Accounts Receivable team. This is an entry-level opportunity for an individual interested in developing accounting and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working with data and customer invoices. We are willing to train the right person.

• Organize and process billing activities using Salesforce
• Perform invoice data entry and submission
• Send invoices to customers through Salesforce
• Investigate and resolve customer invoice inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Perform filing, scanning, and general administrative tasks
• Answer incoming phone calls as needed
• Complete other duties and projects as assigned

• 0-1 years of Accounts Receivable experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to analyze and organize spreadsheet data using Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Hourly Pay: $35-$42
