- Status: full-time
- Pay: $18-$22/Hour
- Job hours: 10 am to 7 pm and 2 Saturdays a month from 8-1 pm

- Phone skills: able to answer 80% or more of calls and reply to all voicemails within 2 hours or less.
- Able to enter numbers in spreadsheets and analyze data.
- Able to create strategies based on data and improve department conditions.
- Able to handle stress.

Administrative duties include providing high-level customer service, greeting and scheduling patients, answering phone calls, and handling various other administrative tasks. Daily Duties- Check in and check out patients.
- Collect money for patient responsibility.
- Coordinate with providers.
- Communicate with billing and Authorization departments to understand patient responsibility.
- Answer and handle phone calls; return voicemails.
- Enter data in spreadsheets for KPIs.
- Keep front desk organized and clean.
- Scan documents.
- Apply payments.
- Prepare for the next day.
- Check faxes and respond accordingly.
- Schedule patients for future visits.
- Attend team meetings.
- Actively participate in problem solving for the department.
- Reconcile data on a daily basis.
