  • Job hours: 10 am to 7 pm and 2 Saturdays a month from 8-1 pm

Job Description

This is a great opportunity for someone who has administrative skills, enjoys helping people, and wants to grow professionally. Administrative duties include providing high-level customer service, greeting and scheduling patients, answering phone calls, and handling various other administrative tasks. The company is rapidly expanding, offering opportunities for advancement.

Daily Duties
  • Check in and check out patients.
  • Collect money for patient responsibility.
  • Coordinate with providers.
  • Communicate with billing and Authorization departments to understand patient responsibility.
  • Answer and handle phone calls; return voicemails.
  • Enter data in spreadsheets for KPIs.
  • Keep front desk organized and clean.
  • Scan documents.
  • Apply payments.
  • Prepare for the next day.
  • Check faxes and respond accordingly.
  • Schedule patients for future visits.
  • Attend team meetings.
  • Actively participate in problem solving for the department.
  • Reconcile data on a daily basis.
