Job Description
Nextpower is seeking an experienced Sr. Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer and Chief Project Delivery Officer, as well as other senior leaders within the department. The role is onsite at the global headquarters in Fremont, California.
Responsibilities- Perform extensive administrative tasks such as calendar management, expense tracking, and coordination of complex international and domestic travel itineraries.
- Work closely with executive leaders to coordinate, arrange, and run logistics for staff meetings and other meetings, including preparing meeting materials ahead of time.
- Document meeting minutes and manage and track action items.
- Plan and coordinate employee/client events and manage logistics for meetings, conference room assignments, and room maintenance.
- Receive and direct external visitors.
- Research and compile briefing documents in preparation for meetings.
- BA/BS/Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of executive administrative support in a dynamic environment.
- Amazing organizational skills, attentive to detail, and mastery of follow‑through.
- Strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a wide variety of internal and external contacts at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience working with senior‑level executives both internal and external.
- Wide‑ranging experience to resolve complex issues creatively and effectively using professional concepts and company objectives.
- Sound judgment and decision‑making ability in resolving complex problems.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
- Manages multiple priorities and re‑prioritizes where necessary.
- Can‑do attitude and professional interaction with others.
- Self‑motivated to meet deadlines independently.
- Understands department goals and priorities, anticipates needs, and initiates action.
Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job‑related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is $145,000 to $165,000.
