CBRE -  - Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary communication link between the client and various vendors, responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring timely, high quality service delivery.;
Schedule and coordinate repairs with vendors or technicians based on work order requests.;
Manage the vendor invoice process, including receipt, verification, issue resolution, and coordination with finance for timely payment.;
Analyze data from work order reports to assess vendor performance, completion timelines, and overall progress.;
Provide front desk coverage during the Experience Service Coordinators PTO and daily lunch periods by greeting and logging visitors and answering calls.
