Administrative Assistant (Electrical Team)
Contract
BRIEF OVERVIEW: Shift hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. All candidates must be either US Citizens or Green Card Holders.
Responsibilities- Able to work 6am-2:30pm 6 days a week
- Proficient with Microsoft products:
Word/Excel/Outlook, etc. - Proficient typing skills - 60 words per minute.
- Motivated to stay busy with tasks on a daily basis, a self-starter.
- Reliable transportation to make it to and from work without issues.
- Must be organized, thorough, have excellent follow-up skills.
- Solid written and oral communication skills.
This candidate will be keeping track of
- purchase requests
- updating order status forms
- packing slips
- tracking employee time
- providing daily safety sign-in sheets
- tracking OSHA recordable safety
- creating cost savings charts from data Manager provides
- updating the Electrician & Network job sheets
- creating 1-on-1 meeting notes each week
- and other assigned tasks
- MS Excel Required
- MS Word Required
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $18.00 /hour
- High school or equivalent
