Job Summary
We are seeking a Leasing Assistant - Property Management professional for a contract/temporary opportunity supporting a 180-unit residential community in Fremont, CA. This role is ideal for someone with leasing or property management experience who enjoys resident interaction, administrative coordination, and keeping daily operations organized in a fast-paced environment.
This is a strong opportunity to join a team-oriented property management setting where your work directly supports residents, leasing activity, and smooth office operations. The environment offers weekday hours, hands‑on property management experience, and the potential for assignment extension. You will work closely with a collaborative team and supportive leadership while building valuable experience in residential leasing and property administration.
Key Responsibilities- Assist prospective and current residents with leasing inquiries, applications, resident questions, and general support.
- Coordinate leasing activities, including scheduling tours, preparing leasing paperwork, and supporting move‑in related documentation.
- Perform accurate data entry, file maintenance, document organization, scanning, copying, and record‑keeping.
- Support invoice processing by entering, scanning, copying, and maintaining related documentation.
- Maintain accurate resident, leasing, and property information in property management systems such as Yardi, One Site, or similar platforms.
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting with day‑to‑day office needs.
