Position: Staffing Coordinator (PART-TIME)

** on-the-ground staffing coordination and support** + Jump into issues as they happen-attendance gaps, shift coverage, workflow hiccups-and
** figure it out fast** + Navigate an ERP system without losing your sanity (or your sense of humor) + Have
** direct, honest conversations
** with associates about attendance and performance + Partner with leadership to keep operations running smoothly-even when things get chaotic + Balance
