Job Description:
Position Summary
The Finance Coordinator supports finance operations by managing purchase orders, processing invoices, coordinating with vendors and facilities teams, and assisting with process improvement initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Communicate with vendors regarding financial and operational matters
  • Process vendor invoices accurately and timely
  • Coordinate with the Facilities Management Team
  • Support projects, implementations, and training sessions related to process improvements
  • Assist with finance and administrative coordination activities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 0 3 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to processes
  • Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn from mistakes
Required Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Skills
  • Coupa / myBuy
  • People Soft
  • Smartsheet
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with procurement and invoice processing systems
  • Strong email communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
