iMotion Physical Therapy is looking to hire a Marketing Assistant.
What You’ll Do:- Visiting and marketing to current and potential referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, and community groups providing support to the terminally ill patients.
- Build and maintain referral relationships by providing daily interaction to continually learn what they need and how to exceed them.
- Prepare business plans and maintain target lists that will ensure that the brand is spread to the best contacts possible.
- Creating, managing and working with online, social media marketing vendors.
- Managing by statistics.
- Developing business with new referrals.
- Arranging community outreach events.
- Arranging in person and online workshops.
- Reaching past patients.
- Cold calling.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and hard‑working individual with experience in administrative duties.
- Must enjoy helping others, as this is the main focus of the business.
- Must also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a great eye for detail, and the ability to multitask and work well with others on the team.
- Must also have good knowledge of MS Word and Excel and a verifiable history of getting things done.
- Good math skill will be required for this job as it involves some basic calculations and counting.
- You are tech savvy.
- You are a social media master.
- Love talking to people about their lives and experiences.
- You are a good listener.
- You can initiate a conversation with a person even if they are a stick in mud or grouch.
- You are an idea killer and suggestion blaster of other people.

- Don’t like administrative work.
Job Type: Part‑time (with potential to convert to full time).
Salary: $15‑$20 per hour. Typical work hours are 8 am to 5 pm.
