• Drive improvements in efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain with a focus on enhancing in‑stock levels and inventory turns, leveraging data, analytics, technology, and supply‑chain expertise.
• Utilize data to achieve desired business outcomes and establish partnerships with the Technology and Supply Chain Operations teams.
• Engage with large, complex datasets and conduct analyses to inform critical business decisions.
• Apply statistical and mathematical techniques to innovate inventory management and replenishment, demonstrating deep understanding of inventory and supply‑chain design principles.
• Craft scalable workflows and tools to automate repetitive, time‑intensive processes.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on replenishment tools, algorithms, and workflows; collaborate with engineering to enhance our automated inventory replenishment system.
• Build capacity simulation, inbound/outbound forecast, and purchase‑order forecast modules.
• Execute network replenishment to ensure high availability and in‑stock levels while maintaining healthy inventory.
• Evaluate and optimize inventory levels, distribution networks, and transportation routes to minimize costs and maximize operational efficiency.
• Deliver insightful analysis and propose recommendations for cost‑saving and profitability enhancement strategies; collaborate cross‑functionally with Demand Planning and Merchandising.
• Construct dashboards, self‑service tools, and ad‑hoc reports to present data linked to business operations and strategic decisions.
• Manage a team of Supply‑Chain Replenishment Analysts.

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in advanced analytics within the supply‑chain industry.
• High proficiency with SQL, advanced Excel, and familiarity with Python/R or other scripting languages.
• Knowledge of inventory replenishment in a complex e‑commerce environment and ABC analysis.
• Statistical knowledge related to inventory management.
