Are you passionate about delivering technology solutions that will improve the educational experiences for students and educators alike? AVer is seeking Sr. Product Manager, primarily responsible to oversee the development and management of solutions designed for students and educators from kindergarten to grade 12. Your objective will be to create products that enhance the learning experiences for K-12 students and improve educational outcomes.
You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineers, designers, and educators, to identify market needs, learn customers' pain points, study competitive landscape and propose winning product strategy.
You will conduct market research and gather feedback from customers, and other stakeholders to identify the new business opportunities. You will also be partnering with R&D team for new product idea, product development management, and identifying areas for improvement.
Job Responsibilities- Working directly with Director of product, you will be responsible for setting the product vision and strategy for the K-12 education marker.
- Conduct market research to discover customer needs and industry trends to define innovative business strategy.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering team to study competitive landscape and propose winning strategy.
- Work closely with Channel Partners and End User Customers to understand pain points and propose innovative solutions for the applications.
- Partner with R&D team in Asia for new product idea and development.
- Cooperate with sales, marketing, and logistics team to define the product release strategy and launch process.
- Define and track metrics to measure the success of the product and use data to make future product decisions.
- Develop product training material and train support, sales, marketing, and channel partner teams.
- Interact with customers & partners for product demos and at trade shows.
