What to Expect
You'll own the order-to-delivery customer and internal experience for our retail and enterprise B2B customers as we expand into new South American markets. This role focuses specifically on the fulfillment journey after order placement through final delivery, ensuring seamless experiences for both individual car buyers and enterprise customers. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Compliance to establish baseline fulfillment experiences that delight diverse customer types and navigate regional complexities.
You'll be fluent in Spanish and deeply understand South American market dynamics, regulations, and customer expectations. This is a strategic position with potential to expand into people management as the organization scales. You'll drive alignment across competing priorities to deliver efficient, compliant delivery experiences.
- Define and maintain customer personas for retail and enterprise B2B customers to understand their unique fulfillment needs and expectations
- Map order-to-delivery workflows and identify friction points, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities across regions
- Establish baseline fulfillment experience standards for both customer-facing and internal operational processes in South American markets
- Prioritize and manage competing requests from Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Compliance to ensure strategic alignment
- Develop product requirements and success metrics that balance customer satisfaction with operational efficiency and regional compliance
- Conduct customer research and interviews with retail and enterprise buyers to validate assumptions and inform fulfillment decisions
- Collaborate with Engineering to scope and deliver features that improve the order-to-delivery experience
- Work with Operations to streamline fulfillment processes and reduce friction in delivery and customer communication
- Present findings, recommendations, and progress to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Iterate on fulfillment experience based on customer feedback, regional market dynamics, and operational data
- 5+ years of product management experience with demonstrated success in B2B and B2C environments
- Proven ability to manage priorities across multiple cross-functional teams with competing interests
- Experience defining and working with multiple customer personas in complex purchasing and fulfillment cycles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable product insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluency in Spanish language required
- Experience working in or expanding into Latin American markets is a plus
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Product Management, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS or enterprise software products
- Experience in automotive, logistics, or fulfillment industries is a plus

$136,000 – $264,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
