This is a full-time, on-site or Hybrid position for a Business Development Manager located in Fremont, CA. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, and developing strategies to expand the company's market presence. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, negotiating contracts, and creating detailed market analyses. Additionally, the individual will oversee customer engagement efforts to ensure satisfaction and align client needs with company goals.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and market research.
- Develop strategic plans to expand the company's client base and increase sales revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Strong Negotiation, Presentation, and Communication skills
- Adept in Problem-Solving and Decision-Making
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create tailored campaigns that attract potential clients and enhance brand visibility.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing engagement.
- Track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress for accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Proven expertise in Business Development, Market Analysis, and Strategic Planning
- Experience with Client Relationship Management and Account Management
- Experience in Interconnection, wire harness and cable assembly Industry is a must.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that align with business goals and drive growth initiatives.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Experience in project management to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies that support lead generation and brand positioning.
- Bilingual:
Fluent in both Mandarin and English. A plus iff you can read and write in both Language. - Experience in Interconnection, wire harness and cable assembly Industry is a must.
- Ability to seek and manage Sales Representative
- Able to travel to have meetings with customers and Sales Representative
- Have experience to work with brand name distribution channel
