As part of our growth journey, we’re expanding our inside sales team and seeking a passionate, customer‑oriented sales professional to help extend our reach and impact.
The Sales Support Representative serves as a critical liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal operations, ensuring seamless order processing, and efficient sales operations. This role combines administrative expertise, customer relationship management, and operational coordination to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Administrative Support:
Serves as back‑up to the Contract Specialist. Manage the completion of pre‑sale documentation requests including onboarding documents, quality assessments, questionnaires, surveys, client portal management, certificates of insurance, and workers compensation certificates. - Manage contract signatures by organizing signature order and execution via Docu‑sign, verifying signer information, and maintaining accurate records.
- Work with subject matter experts (SME) to answer questions accurately and elevate any gaps in response times to leadership.
- Responsible for Latin America Distributor account support duties such as processing distributor orders effectively and fostering strong distributor relationships that drive revenue growth and market expansion alongside the Latin America Business Development Manager.
- Manages communication of customer issues with relevant departments and ensures all processes are conducted according to approved and governing SOPs.
- Develop strong cross‑functional relationships with Sales, IT, Operations, and Finance to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and represent all business needs.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints via SFDC and Net Suite.
- Responsible for Asset Creation, daily oversight of automated integration and manual asset creation when needed. Create Demo Assets in SFDC for product demonstration.
- Provide support to the client success team including triaging and order processing, call center support, and shipping coordination.
- Provide administrative and operational assistance to the sales organization, driving closing sales deals, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Responsible for SFDC case management of the Documentation Request Queue, maintaining a repository of all completed documentation and ensuring they are accurate, accessible and up to date in accordance with approved and governing SOPs.
- Oversee the entire life cycle of documents, from creation and organization to retrieval and archiving.
- Manage metrics of Documentation Requests and First Response Time (FRT) for Instruments, Consumables, Service Contract Approvals and Parts.
- Responsible for manual RMA submissions.
- Responsible for processing credit card payments assigned via Sr. Client Success Representative.
- This role requires strong organizational skills and advanced problem‑solving abilities, extensive product knowledge, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with other teams and supervisors.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, business administration, or related field, or 5+ years of related experience and/or training in client‑facing roles.
- 5+ years of work experience in similar, comparable, or related positions or industries.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Highly organized with proven time‑management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines.
- Work location:
Fremont, California. - Travel:
Up to 10%, mainly to Cytek locations as required. International travel may be required.
