Manager, Financial Operations

About This Role

Responsible for supporting the HYVE Financial Operations Organization. Provides strategic support for the delivery of preceding sales services and supports to clients/customers. Supports the activities of business processes related to company profitability. Provides analytics and data forensics to justify high-level business decisions. Oversees a team of analysts across multiple financial areas including inventory, sales margins, labor/overhead, and engineering development spend. Analyzes operational processes, escalation procedures, departmental systems, and identifies opportunities for improvements and value added to customers/clients.

Assists with customer issue resolution and is an advocate for the customer across multiple departments. Provides guidance to other team members, promoting best practices.

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or 5 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience working in a complex, fast-paced, results-oriented, growing business environment
• Previous leadership experience in manufacturing preferred
• Prior experience with international business a plus
• Knowledge and understanding of Finance procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate professionally and amiably with internal and external customers
• Advanced financial statement analysis skills and interpretation
• Familiarity with AI tools
• Familiarity with financing alternatives in a trade (B2B) credit environment
• Proficient with Windows, MS Word and MS Excel
• Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision as well as the ability to lead others

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $141,000–$154,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.
