Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support manufacturing teams with ad hoc projects and operational initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and report data to support manufacturing performance, quality improvements, and business decisions.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Utilize basic programming, data query, and data analytics skills to improve reporting and process efficiency.
- Support local IT-related projects, equipment deployments, and technology initiatives.
- Manage employee locker assignments, garment hangers and vacuum wands.
- Help with cleanroom garments and supplies inventory, ordering, distribution, and store coordination.
- Serve as backup support for Wafer Fab Quality Auditors by assisting with inspections, audits, documentation reviews, and compliance activities.
- Prepare and maintain operational, quality, and inventory documentation, reports, and records.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing operations and site-wide initiatives.
- Adhere to all safety, quality, environmental, and cleanroom standards and procedures.
REQUIRED:
- Ability to learn wafer manufacturing processes and logistics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn SPC, MES and other Manufacturing applications
- Must be able to work in a cleanroom
PREFERRED:
- Expert in Excel and Power Point
- Basic skills in programming, data query, and data analytics
