Responsibilities
- Operates at the organizational nexus where issues, opportunities, and crises are identified, triaged, and assigned

- Leads emergent and enduring projects end‑to‑end—from intake and scoping through execution, delivery, and retrospective
- Serves as the organizational intake point: receives, assesses, prioritizes, and routes issues and opportunities to the appropriate teams
- Drives rapid iteration cycles, bringing together cross‑functional teams to solve problems quickly and effectively
- Owns the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and closeout
- Balances a diverse portfolio of concurrent projects across multiple domains and disciplines
- Identifies and executes on opportunities to improve processes, eliminate waste, and increase operational velocity
- Champions and drives adoption of automation, AI‑powered solutions, and tooling enhancements across the organization
- Effectively drives meaningful organizational change by building consensus, influencing stakeholders, and delivering results
- Develops and maintains standard operating procedures, playbooks, and documentation that scale with the team
- Leads cross‑functional response efforts during operational crises, ensuring rapid triage, coordination, and resolution
- Conducts thorough root‑cause analysis and drives corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Maintains composure and clarity under pressure, guiding teams through ambiguity to resolution
- Partners effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders (vendors, partners, cross‑org collaborators)
- Communicates complex information clearly and concisely—both verbally and in writing—to audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership
- Provides regular, structured status updates, executive summaries, and impact reports
- Facilitates cross‑functional meetings, workshops, and working sessions that drive decisions and outcomes
- Leverages data analytics to identify trends, measure impact, and surface actionable insights
- Builds and maintains dashboards, KPIs, and metrics frameworks to track project health and organizational performance
- Translates data into compelling narratives that influence priorities, resource allocation, and strategy
- Maintains deep familiarity with Client internal tools, systems, and platforms; evaluates, pilots, and scales AI‑powered tools and automation to reduce toil and improve outcomes
- Stays current on emerging technologies and proactively identifies opportunities for integration
- Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5–8 years of program management, project management, or operational leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional projects in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively—filtering signal from noise to focus on the most impactful work
- Deep comfort with data analytics: able to query, interpret, and act on data to drive decisions
- Track record of driving automation, process improvement, or AI integration initiatives
- Self‑starter who is proactive, organized, and disciplined in managing competing priorities
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in response to shifting conditions, environments, and organizational needs
- Strong interpersonal skills; builds trust and collaborates effectively across teams and with external partners
