What you’ll do Vision, Design, and Deployment of Quality Processes- Lead the vision, design, development, and deployment of critical Quality workstream processes.
- Embed quality principles across the product lifecycle and partner with other work streams to deliver an integrated, closed-loop Quality Management System (QMS).
- Promote a quality-first, no-fault-forward mindset across the business.
- Serve as the quality champion within the Idea to Retire (I2R) workstream and sub-groups.
- Partner with stakeholders to capture, define, and prioritize quality requirements that support transformation goals.
- Shift effectively between strategy, planning, and execution across project phases.
- Stay flexible to deliver program and workstream objectives successfully.
- Champion the transformation project's governing principles.
- Drive consistent future-state solutions across capabilities and work streams, ensuring they are simple, efficient, and scalable.
- Act as a cultural change agent by involving, engaging, and influencing stakeholders.
- Promote open communication, guide stakeholders through change, and empower them as organizational change agents.
- Transform digital tools and systems to provide end-to-end quality visibility.
- Redesign processes to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and connect data and intelligence.
- Understand enterprise data flows and system connectivity to enable insight-driven decision making.
