Aboutthe role
Risk & Quality Management – Provides independent and objective risk assessment and quality oversight across High-Value and At-Risk SI (System Integration) Projects throughout the project lifecycle. As QRM is not part of direct delivery, it evaluates risks and quality independently and ensures adherence to Delta’s standards.
Key responsibilities- Ensure Early Risk Prevention and Delivery Excellence – Coordinate risk and quality assessments during the engagement stage and throughout project delivery, including project handovers, health checks and focused project review meetings with senior management.
- Governance & Oversight – Act as the focal point for engaging with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Product Quality Assurance, and Technical SMEs to address identified risks and quality concerns.
- Cross-Project Review – Conducts regional project portfolio reviews to maintain and update a centralized risk knowledge base, capturing lessons learned, systemic risk patterns, and best practices to drive process improvement.
- Collaboration & Risk Data Management – Engages stakeholders and maintains centralized risk information using data and systematic tools.
- Proficient English and Chinese are must
- Work experience:
5 years and above - Experience handling project and/or sales operation is preferred

The base salary range for this full‑time position is $75k- $110k per year. Actual pay will depend on factors such as location, skills, experience, market conditions, and business needs. This role may also be eligible for incentive pay, subject to the terms of the applicable plan.
