The impact you'll makeAs a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for Global Lab Operations. You'll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project are completed on time and within budget.
What you'll do- Analyze and collect lab operations data, in-lab evaluation and user feedback for root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Lead or be part of the cross functional teams in formalized problem-solving activities from root cause determination through corrective and preventive action implementation.
- Create, improve, and sustain operation business process in supporting of demo materials end-to-end tracking.
- Create lab communications and drive new business process implementation across all Business Units (BU).
- Create training materials and provide training for new or improved process.
- Sustain lab operation processes with 6S.
- Represent Central Lab Operation group in cross-functional or cross-sites team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of experience; or Master's degree with no previous professional experience; or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of related experience in project management or program management
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
- Attention to detail & good organization skill.
- Require working on-site and in lab.
- Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
- Experience in handling demo wafers and understanding the importance of customer IP protection.
- Demonstrated Problem Solving and Decision-Making ability by applying structured process or tools such as 8
Ds, Fishbone, 5 Whys, Pugh matrix, Pareto chart, etc.
