Job DescriptionAs a Construction Project Manager – Infrastructure
, you will play a critical role in factory buildouts, demolition of existing manufacturing spaces, and upgrades to operational systems. You will oversee general construction activities, manage subcontractors, and coordinate self‑perform trades to remove and install new manufacturing lines.
This role partners cross‑functionally with Construction Engineering, Design, Facilities, Commissioning, and Manufacturing as the facility transitions into production operations. You will be responsible for maintaining project schedules, budgets, and overall execution from both the field and office.
What You’ll Do- Own assigned construction projects and scopes, ensuring quality execution, cost efficiency, and long‑term customer satisfaction
- Evaluate bids, material buyouts, and negotiate pricing and scope for assigned projects
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams, including Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Construction Execution (CX), and Facilities
- Complete project startup activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and job cost tracking for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Prepare and manage major purchase orders, ensuring appropriate pricing and scope alignment
- Review project documentation including plans, P&IDs, single‑line diagrams, and loop diagrams to ensure complete material and hardware coverage
- Manage projects in accordance with company standards, specifications, procedures, and safety policies
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent practical experience (Civil, Construction Management, Engineering, etc.)
- Experience managing large‑scale construction projects (1M+ square feet) in brownfield and/or greenfield environments. Heavy on the MEP scope.
- Proficiency with or ability to learn project scheduling and management tools such as Primavera (P6), Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using accounting, estimating, and project management software
- Ability to read and interpret contracts, construction drawings, specifications, and technical requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with executive‑level reporting and stakeholder communication
- Excellent reasoning, judgment, and problem‑solving skills
