Job Description

Join a dynamic and innovative team as a Superintendent, Infrastructure, where you will play a pivotal role in the buildout and optimization of factory spaces. You will oversee the demolition of existing spaces, manage general construction, and ensure the seamless installation of new manufacturing lines. This position requires collaboration with various departments including construction engineering, design, facilities, and manufacturing, as the facility transitions into production operations.

You will be responsible for budget maintenance, schedule adherence, and providing constructability feedback throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities

* Supervise on-site construction activities, including direct hire and subcontractors.

* Ensure frequent communication with key project individuals, job site personnel, and Project Managers.

* Develop execution plans including detailed schedules.

* Drive the project schedule and elevate construction issues to management.

* Maintain a safe, clean, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing applicable state and OSHA regulations.

* Ensure adherence to quality control and coordination of required inspections.

Essential Skills

* Degree or equivalent experience.

* Previous experience as a Superintendent on $50M+ industrial or commercial facility construction.

* Experience supervising electrical scopes, 480V and under, including understanding of wiring diagrams, control logic diagrams, single-line drawings, and schematics.

* Knowledge of the NEC.

* Ability to develop a cost-loaded schedule and track performance.

* Understanding of construction design documents and ability to provide constructability feedback.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $51.92 - $100.96/hr.
