Seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site execution of large-scale multifamily and mixed-use developments construction. This role is responsible for overall field operations, safety, quality, and schedule control from site start through final turnover. The Superintendent serves as the primary on-site leader and manages all field personnel and subcontractor activities.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead daily construction operations from pre-construction through project closeout
  • Direct and mentor field teams including Superintendents, Assistants, Foremen, and subcontractors
  • Manage project schedules, sequencing, manpower, and material flow
  • Enforce safety programs, environmental compliance, and jobsite standards
  • Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and quality control efforts
  • Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate field execution
  • Track progress, productivity, and field documentation (logs, photos, reports)
  • Conduct subcontractor coordination meetings and resolve field issues proactively
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact with inspectors, consultants, vendors, and ownership teams
  • Support unit readiness, punch lists, and final acceptance activities
Required Background
  • Associate degree or equivalent construction experience
  • 6+ years of superintendent-level experience in multifamily or mixed-use construction
  • Strong understanding of architectural, structural, civil, MEP, and fire systems
  • OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and stormwater compliance training
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as projects require

  • Solid planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with construction management software and MS Office
Work Environment
  • Predominantly field-based role on active construction sites
  • Requires walking, climbing, lifting, and working in varying outdoor conditions
  • Must consistently follow safety and PPE requirements
