We are looking for a Project Manager and Project Executive in the Bay Area and Sacramento Regions. As a key member of our dynamic construction team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, coordinating stakeholders, managing budgets, schedules and resources, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
- Review and analyze project specifications, blueprints, and contract documents.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Review the work progress on a daily basis.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses.
- Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
- Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met.
- 5-20 years of HVAC/Plumbing Experience.
- Proven working experience in construction management.
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, methods, and materials.
- Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
- Familiarity with construction and project management software.
- Competent in conflict and crisis management.
- Leadership and human resources management skills.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- BSc/BA in engineering, building science, or a relevant field.
- PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be able to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Ability to plan and see the big picture.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
$140,000 - $220,000 per year
