Our client is a large and growing HVAC/Plumbing contractor in California, specializing in many of the state's biggest and most complex HVAC/Plumbing projects. They are committed to delivering high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Our client is currently seeking California's best and brightest HVAC/Plumbing Project Managers to join their team.
As an HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing commercial HVAC/Plumbing construction projects, overseeing all aspects from scheduling and budgeting to coordinating with stakeholders. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects in California.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Construction Projects.
- Oversee project schedules, billings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Obtain the best pricing and ensure on-time delivery of materials from vendors.
- Collaborate with Owners, General Contractors, and Subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
- Communicate effectively with the Superintendent, Foreman, Journeyman, QA teams, and field helpers.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience working for a Mechanical (HVAC and Plumbing) Contractor.
- Strong knowledge of State HVAC and Plumbing Codes, Bluebeam, MS Project, Excel, and Quickpen/Accubid (preferred).
- Local stable work history.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
