We are looking for a Project Manager and Project Executive in the Bay Area and Sacramento regions. You will play a crucial role in our dynamic construction team, responsible for managing and overseeing multiple construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and cost‑effectively. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to meet project requirements and deliver high‑quality results, while managing budgets, schedules, and resources and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
• Review and analyze project specifications, blueprints, and contract documents
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Review work progress on a daily basis
• Ensure quality construction standards and proper construction techniques
• Prepare internal and external reports on job status
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve emerging ones
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks
• Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met

• 5‑20 years of HVAC/Plumbing experience
• Proven work experience in construction management
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes and methods
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process
• Familiarity with construction and project management software
• Competent in conflict and crisis management
• Leadership and human resources management skills
• Excellent time and project management skills
• BSc/BA in engineering, building science, or a relevant field
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must be able to read blueprints and technical diagrams
• Ability to plan and see the big picture
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
