One Technology Services is seeking an experienced P6 Scheduler / Project Controls Scheduler to support large construction projects with an emphasis on project scheduling, schedule analysis, and construction claims.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6, CPM scheduling, schedule-related claims, and complex commercial construction. Mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and MEP construction experience is highly preferred.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6, CPM scheduling, schedule-related claims, and complex commercial construction. Mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and MEP construction experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6
- Establish and maintain baseline construction schedules
- Monitor project progress and critical-path activities
- Identify delays, risks, sequencing issues, and impacts to completion dates
- Perform schedule and delay impact analysis
- Support Time Impact Analyses
- Prepare schedule updates, forecasts, recovery schedules, and narratives
- Support construction claims and associated schedule documentation
- Analyze change orders and their impact on project schedules
- Coordinate with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Review milestones, sequencing, dependencies, and schedule changes
- Strong hands-on Oracle Primavera P6 experience
- Construction scheduling experience
- Strong understanding of Critical Path Method scheduling
- Experience developing baseline and updated schedules
- Construction claims and/or delay-analysis experience
- Ability to analyze and clearly communicate schedule impacts
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, or MEP construction experience
- Time Impact Analysis
- Forensic scheduling
- Extension of Time analysis
- Change-order analysis
- Recovery scheduling
- Project controls experience
