Customer Service Administrator

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to support the customer service team by managing data entry, order processing, and customer inquiries through our customer portals and business systems.

In this role, you will respond to and resolve customer requests, enter and manage sales quotes and orders, provide product and technical information, and follow up on open orders and backorders to ensure on-time delivery and a high standard of customer satisfaction. You will document all customer interactions in a ticketing system, collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and corporate partners to resolve issues and escalations, and proactively use reports and supply chain resources to reduce customer obstacles and lead times.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of customer-facing experience, is proficient in Microsoft Office (with Excel skills), and brings strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred, and experience in the semiconductor industry is highly preferred.
