Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for processing registration and title transactions while ensuring strict accuracy and compliance with DMV requirements. The candidate will verify that all documents are complete, accurate, and properly prepared prior to submission.

This position requires the ability to quickly learn and understand a wide range of DMV forms and documentation. Attention to detail is imperative, as even minor errors can result in processing delays or rejections.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently using web-based applications in a fast-paced environment. They must be friendly, computer savvy, and able to remain calm under pressure.

Professional appearance, punctuality, and consistent daily attendance are essential to this position.

Responsibilities
  • Process registration and title transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Learn, understand, and correctly complete various DMV forms and supporting documents
  • Verify all paperwork for completeness and accuracy prior to submission
  • Receive a high volume of inbound calls and emails; professional phone etiquette is imperative
  • Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
  • Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
  • Document all customer interactions
  • Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role preferred
  • Excellent computer and customer management software skills required
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in document preparation
  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of active listening techniques
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively while multitasking
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance
  • Bilingual
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
