Job Type: Full‑time

Description: At our Fremont, CA facility we are looking for a motivated Customer Support/Service Representative to work directly with customers and internal departments to efficiently process orders. Key duties include completing order sheets and distributing them, maintaining customer files, coordinating with departments regarding order status, ship dates, prices, and product availability, and handling RMA/RGA processing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interact directly with customers, or outside representatives
• Generate Return Material Authorizations
• Generate quotations
• Enter orders in Sys Pro/MRP
• Maintain customer files
• Distribute product literature

Knowledge, Skills, and

Experience:

• Minimum high‑school education
• 2–3 years direct work experience
• Computer literate
• Effective communication internally and externally
• Work independently
