Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Customer Support Professional to serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal sales partners. This role is responsible for managing inbound communications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Act as a primary contact for customer inquiries received via phone, email, and other communication channels

+ Provide timely, solution-focused responses while maintaining a professional and courteous approach

+ Accurately update and maintain customer records, orders, and related documentation

+ Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery

+ Monitor and prioritize open requests to ensure follow-through and resolution

+ Support occasional company events, including limited travel as needed

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

+ Strong written and verbal communication abilities

+ Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing tasks

+ High level of attention to detail and accuracy

+ Professional phone presence and customer-focused mindset

+ Ability to collaborate effectively across departments

+ Self-directed, dependable, and able to work independently

+ Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus

+ Willingness to travel periodically for company-sponsored events
