Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
• 3+ years of experience in inside sales or customer service roles
• Semiconductor or manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Respond to customer inquiries including quotes, samples, technical support, and order backlog updates
• Serve as the primary customer contact for order status, pricing, and service issues
• Prepare accurate and profitable quotations and sample request responses
• Track and follow up on active business opportunities to support sales growth
• Maintain detailed and accurate quote history, records, and follow-up documentation
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met
• Attend production meetings and communicate customer commitments and timelines
• Monitor order progress through manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery performance (OTD)
• Support monthly and quarterly booking and sales targets
