About the OpportunityWe're seeking a Customer Service Support II professional to serve as a key liaison between customers, internal teams, and operations. In this role, you'll support order management, customer inquiries, returns processing, production status tracking, and customer communications while ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.

This role offers the opportunity to become a trusted resource for both customers and internal teams. You'll be at the center of communications, helping manage customer expectations, resolve issues, and ensure smooth order fulfillment and service operations.
What You'll Do- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, meetings, and other communication channels.
- Process customer orders, forms, applications, service requests, and documentation.
- Create and manage return material authorizations (RMAs), exchanges, and service-related tickets.
- Track and communicate order status, repair updates, delivery schedules, and inventory availability.
- Enter and maintain accurate information in MRP and business management systems.
- Coordinate with production, manufacturing, and other departments to obtain status updates and provide accurate customer commitments.
- Maintain customer records, pricing updates, return documentation, and service requests.
- Support process improvements and provide feedback to enhance customer service operations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication and issue resolution.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, order management, inside sales support, account coordination, or related customer‑facing roles.
- 2+ years of experience communicating with customers through phone, email, virtual meetings, or other professional business channels.
- 1+ years of experience processing orders, RMAs, service requests, customer documentation, or account-related transactions.
- 1+ years of experience using ERP, MRP, CRM, or other business systems for data entry and order tracking.
- 1+ years of experience coordinating with manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or production teams to support customer requirements.
- Experience supporting customers within manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial, technology, or supply chain environments.
- Experience working with MRP, ERP, CRM, or order management systems.
- Strong problem‑solving and issue‑resolution skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high‑volume workload in a fast‑paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Customer‑first mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
- Ability to quickly learn technical products and explain information clearly to customers and stakeholders.
