• Customer Assistance:
  Direct customers to the appropriate department or personnel based on their needs, whether it's sales, service, or parts.
• Information Provider:
  Answer basic questions about the dealership's services, vehicles, and promotions.
• Appointment Management:
  Assist customers with checking in for appointments and inform the relevant staff of their arrival.
• Lounge Maintenance:
  Ensure the customer lounge area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with refreshments and reading materials.
• Vehicle Display:
  Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles in the showroom and lot.
• Other Duties as Assigned:
  Perform other tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the dealership.

• Personalized Service:
  Address customers by their names to create a more personalized experience.
• Customer Engagement:
  Engage in friendly conversation with customers while they wait, providing a pleasant and comfortable environment.
• Proactive Assistance:
  Offer assistance with opening doors, carrying items, or any other needs the customer may have.
• Feedback Collection:
  Encourage customers to provide feedback on their experience and relay any concerns to management for continuous improvement.

  Assist with dealership events and promotions, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
