Office Administrator

Amarr, part of global opening solutions company ASSA ABLOY, is hiring a process-oriented Office Administrator to join our distribution center team in Fremont, CA . This is the ideal position fo r t he person who loves handling a wide variety of responsibilities in a fast pac ed , high volu me environment .

• Efficiently answer and respond to telep hone calls and customers’ needs
• Receive and process customer order s and invoices on a daily basis
• Provide product quotes to customers
• Develop a strong understanding of product line and services offered
• Assist in inventory control, including purchase order receipts and transfers
• Maintain daily receipts and bank statements
• Maintain customer files and pricing
• Assist in production, product pick-up, and product delivery schedules

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year prior office administrative experience or related experience , preferably in the building supply industry
• Clear and effective writte n and oral communication skills
• High a ttention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environmen t

This position is Monday - Friday from 7 :30 am – 4 pm with occasional overtime. P ay rate is $31-36 b ased on, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications . Additional compensation can include driving bonuses and target bonuses.
