Cedar Dental Care is seeking an experienced, dependable Treatment Coordinator who wants to grow into a key leadership position within a modern, established dental practice.

This is not simply a front-desk position. You will guide patients through important treatment decisions, coordinate complex cases, and directly influence the success of both our patients and the practice.

• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently.
• Explain financing and payment options.
• Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment.
• Coordinate Invisalign, implant, cosmetic, and comprehensive cases.
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up systems.
• Help keep provider schedules productive.
• Create a warm, organized patient experience.
• Track case acceptance and treatment-conversion results.
• Collaborate closely with doctors and the front-office team.

• Have dental front-office or treatment‑coordination experience.
• Communicate warmly, professionally, and confidently.
• Are comfortable discussing fees and asking patients to schedule.
• Follow through without needing repeated reminders.
• Are organized, accountable, and consistently punctual.
• Enjoy learning and want to build a long-term career.
• Know Dentrix or can quickly learn new technology.

• Competitive hourly compensation: $27–$32 per hour depending on experience.
